Celtic Rose Clothiers is a small mother/daughter clothing shop featuring handmade historical costumes, casual children’s apparel, toys, and religious items. Our costumes are grounded in historical accuracy while our children’s apparel is all about comfort and cuteness. Our emphasis on sustainability means that we are constantly searching for ways to minimize our environmental impact while producing high quality product.
We have a growing catalogue of ready-to-ship items in our web store, an ever-expanding range of custom made-to-order items listed on our Etsy shop, and we sell in-person at special shopping events in Maryland.
The quality of our products is backed by our family’s four generations of experience in textile arts. Both mother and daughter have been practicing their inherited crafts since childhood and have been professionally trained. More than merely selling their wares, they want this new joint venture to be a vehicle for spreading the crafts that have grounded their lives.
